Randolph-Macon set to host Shenandoah Thursday night

ASHLAND, Va. (WRIC) — The Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets are back from their off week fresh for their ODAC opener against the Shenandoah Hornets.

Randy Mac is 2-1, and so is Shenandoah. The two are hooking up on Thursday night to help prepare for next week’s games. Each team had an off week coming into the game, and playing on a Thursday will allow both teams to get two extra days of preparation heading into the games of Saturday, October 7th.

Most ODAC games take place on Saturday afternoons, which is why Yellow Jackets’ Head Coach Pedro Arruza said he is excited about the opportunity to play a home night game on a Thursday.
