Lipford is currently being held at Riverside Regional Jail without bond, pending his next court date in Colonial Heights General District Court.

Police said the original incident happened at 10:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Charles H. Dimmock Parkway.

Lipford allegedly passed a note to the teller demanding cash. After getting an undetermined amount of money, he left the bank and drove away in a maroon sedan that police believe may have been a Ford Focus.
