Adopt a Furry Friend: Lilo, Stitch and Kaua’i

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Yes. there’s more than one this week! The trio of kittens are named after characters from the movie “Lilo and Stitch.” Respectively, their names are Lilo, Stitch and Kaua’i.

The trio are beautiful, black and short-haired. Two are females and one is a boy. We transferred this litter from Suffolk Animal Control when they were only 4 weeks old. They’ve received all age-appropriate vaccinations, have been spayed and micro chipped and are now ready to find permanent homes — or perhaps a home together!

During July, the Richmond SPCA has two cat adoption specials:

  • Two’s Company: adopt two kittens for a single adoption fee (applies to those 6 months and younger)
  • Adult cat adoption fees are reduced to $30

If possible, we would also be grateful to repeat the plea for litter donations. Our animal care department is so grateful for the supplies that have been dropped off since we first mentioned it, but with so many cats and kittens in our care this time of year, the need remains.
