Police seek Henrico bank robbery suspect

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Police are searching for the suspect who robbed an Henrico County bank Thursday night.

Police say that at around 7 p.m., they responded to the Woodforest National Bank in the 7900 block of Brook Road for a commercial robbery.

A man entered the business and displayed a weapon, police said. The victim complied with the suspect’s demands, and the suspect fled the bank on foot. Police say the suspect was last seen leaving the parking lot in a four-door car which has a sunroof.

The suspect is described by police as a white male, 30-40 years of age, 5’7”-5’9” with an average build.  He was wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, and a cap.  Prior to the robbery, the suspect is believed to have entered the business wearing a black shirt and light-colored pants.
