RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — If you’re looking for something fun to do for brunch, check out the “Wine and Donuts“ event at James River Cellars. You can head there between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to enjoy eight pairings of wine with sugar shack donuts and if you like mimosas, you can try their “winemosas.” It’s located on Washington Highway in Glen Allen.
Celebrate America as local conductor Samson Trinh conducts a 26-piece orchestra and chorus. The first part will have original jazz and pop songs, and the second part will have songs from the blockbuster stage show, “Hamilton.” It’s all from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Dogwood Dell in Richmond.
Head to Richmond’s cool new music festival “Jam Sandwich.” They’ll have live music, food, and drinks, plus, “local funky arts and crafts” and even yoga. It’s on Mayo Island, which organizers say is a secret spot hidden right in RVA on S. 14th Street in Richmond. Jam Sandwich goes from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
