Health Brigade needs the public’s help to celebrate 50 years of serving

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Have you ever been a patient at Health Brigade, formerly known as Fan Free Clinic? If so, reach out and become a part of an upcoming celebration.

Health Brigade turns 50-years-old in 2018, and it’s trying to locate people who have been a part of its history.

Former patients, clients, volunteers, staff and board members are invited to attend a Listening Circle during July and August.

Ten circles will be held in the Ginn Auditorium at Health Brigade, 1010 N. Thompson Street in Richmond on the following dates:

–Wednesday, July 12, 2017 from noon to 1:00 p.m. or 5:30 until 6:30 p.m.

–Wednesday, July 19, 2017 from noon to 1:00 p.m. or 5:30 until 6:30 p.m.

–Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from noon to 1:00 p.m. or 5:30 until 6:30 p.m.

–Wednesday, August 2, 2017 from noon to 1:00 p.m. or 5:30 until 6:30 p.m.

–Wednesday, August 9, 2017 from noon to 1:00 p.m. or 5:30 until 6:30 p.m.

Former patients, clients, volunteers, staff and board members are asked to

Health Brigade says it will look to the stories to honor and celebrate its 50-year legacy while also finding inspiration to grow and serve the Richmond community for another 50 years.
