RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The 15th Annual Richmond Vegetarian Festival hit Bryan Park Saturday.
They had live music, cooking demonstrations, over 100 vendors and tons of delicious goodies.
The event also featured opportunities to adopt a new pet.
Those who attended were able to learn all about vegetarian and vegan lifestyles.
Everyone left with a full stomach.
“We welcome people that are vegetarian and non-vegetarian, but more importantly, we want to show how easy it is to eat healthy in Richmond,” Brenda Morris, who helped organize the event, said.
The festivities are planned to happen again next year for those who missed out.
