Chesterfield teen injured in early morning shooting

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WRIC) — Chesterfield Police are investigating an early morning shooting that has left a teen boy shot.

Police were called to the 5400 block of Burnt Oak Circle for a report of a shooting. Once on scene, they found a teenage boy suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
