RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Fire crews in Richmond battled heavy flames at a home in the city’s southside Wednesday night.
When crews arrived at the home — located at 3811 Terminal Avenue — at around 9:35 p.m., they found heavy fire showing from the front of the home.
Crews attacked the flames for roughly 30 minutes before marking the incident under control at 10:06 p.m.
Lt. Chris Armstrong with Richmond Fire says all the occupants made it out of the home safely and are being assisted by the American Red Cross.
