2 injured in Hanover County home invasion

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Police are investigating a violent home invasion that took place early Monday morning.

Police say that at approximately 4:30 a.m., the sheriff’s office responded to the 10000 block of Comanche Lane for a reported home invasion. Once deputies arrived on the scene, they located two residents of the home, both suffering from injuries.

Two unknown male suspects, both with their faces covered, forced entry into the home and demanded money, according to police.

Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637 (CRIMES), using the keyword “iTip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
