CHESTER, Va. (WRIC) — A fire sparked in a Chester restaurant early Friday morning.
Fire officials say a driver spotted smoke coming out of Sibley’s BBQ and called 911.
The blaze began and was contained in the kitchen, according to fire officials. When crews arrived at the restaurant, the flames had already put themselves out.
No one was inside the restaurant at the time of the fire and the cause remains under investigation.
A message from their Facebook page says that the restaurant will be closed until further notice due to fire damage.
