Mayor Stoney releases Richmond’s annual poverty report

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney released the city’s annual poverty report Monday night.

The city’s poverty rate currently sits at 25 percent, according to Reggie Gordon, Director of Richmond’s Community Wealth Building.
