Electoral College protesters to rally at Capitol building in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Electoral College votes tomorrow to officially determine who the next president of the United States of America will be.

Protests are planned at state capitols throughout the nation, including here in Richmond.

Demonstrators will be outside of the Virginia State Capitol building at 9 a.m. Monday, urging the Electoral College to change their vote and reject Donald Trump.

Tonight there will be protestors gathering for a candlelight vigil at the Capitol Grounds starting at 6 p.m.
