Police identify, arrest suspect who stole meds from Colonial Heights pharmacy

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) — After an ‘extensive investigation,’ police have identified and arrested the man who stole prescription medication from a pharmacy in Colonial Heights.

According to police, Larry David Dennison II robbed the Walgreens located at 3201 Boulevard on November 18. With the assistance of the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force and the Winchester Police Department, Dennison was located and taken into custody on Tuesday.

He is being held in Winchester without bond on three felony charges of armed robbery, grand larceny and larceny with the intent to sell.

Dennison is scheduled to be in court on December 19 in Colonial Heights.
