PITTSTON, Pa. (AP) – A Pennsylvania man already jailed awaiting trial on child pornography charges is accused of delivering a 9-year-old boy that another man raped in his home.

The attorney general’s office says 38-year-old David Parker, of Saylorsburg, brought the boy to 35-year-old Craig Knox in June 2010. Knox has been living in Henrico, Virginia, but was living in Pittston, Luzerne County at the time.

d46f6b32585e474daf15c054d2b30d03-1Knox was arrested at his Henrico County residence on Nov. 1. He told 8News’ Kristin Smith in a jailhouse interview that he was attracted to young boys and dogs. A week later, police arrested Knox’s 30-year-old roommate Stephen Matthew Taylor on charges of animal cruelty and bestiality.

Parker also allegedly raped the boy on that occasion. Prosecutors say the men had become friends after discussing their shared sexual interest in boys.

Parker was charged earlier this month with sexual exploitation of children, child rape, and another count. Knox was arrested in Virginia and then arraigned Tuesday in Pennsylvania on child rape and other counts.

Online court records show both men are jailed in Luzerne County without attorneys.
