Man wearing purple shoes robs Chesterfield County 7-Eleven

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Police are searching for a man who robbed a Chesterfield convenience store Wednesday night.

The robbery occurred at the 7-Eleven on the 5500 block of Belmont Road at about 11:11 p.m.

No one was injured during the incident.

Police said the suspect approached an employee, displayed a gun, and demanded money. The suspect took money that belonged to the store and then fled the area on foot.

The suspect is described as black male wearing purple shoes and a black t-shirt over a white long sleeve shirt. He also wore a mask that covered the lower half of his face.
