Rock to End Alzheimer’sBenefit to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association, featuring Big Mama Shakes, Brighter the Moon, Venus Guy Trap and BOB

When: 7:30 p.m.

Where: The Broadberry

Cost: $10 General Admission, $20 VIP


Souper Bowl III at Positive Vibe Cafe: Some of Richmond’s best chefs make soups for charity, featuring soups from Stella’s, Galley, Perly’s and more; along with live bands

When: 12:30 – 4:30 p.m.

Where: Max’s Positive Vibe Cafe, Stratford Hills Shopping Center, 2825 Hathaway Road, Richmond, Virginia

Cost: $15 donation for adults, $5 for kids


CrackerAmerican alt-rock band led by singer David Lowery and guitarist Johnny Hickman, famous for songs like “Low” and “Euro-Trash Girl;” the band makes their return to Richmond.

When: Doors at 8 p.m., Show at 9 p.m.

Cost: $20 in advance, $23, day-of



The Good Life, Field Mouse and Jake Bellows: The side project of Tim Kasher of Cursive, along with Field Mouse and Jake Bellows, also of Saddle Creek fame.
