Chesterfield County Police seek armed robbery suspect

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Police are searching for a man who robbed a convenience store in Chesterfield County Thursday afternoon.

Authorities say the robbery took place at A Plus Convenience Store at 7100 Hull Street Road at about 12:09 a.m.  No one was injured during the incident.

The suspect entered the business, displayed a firearm and demanded money, according to police. Upon receiving cash, the suspect fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male, 16 to 20 years old, 5′ 8″ tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a black t-shirt or scarf over his face, white ball cap, black jacket, tan pants, and tan shoes.
