RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Two years in a row Cosby and Manchester will come together on a Friday night to start the high school football postseason. The difference this season is the venue hasn’t changed from the first encounter to the impending one.
The Cosby Titans and Manchester Lancers are “within spitting distance” as Cosby head coach Pete Mutascio describes it. The rivalry between the two programs is strong enough in the regular season, and is strengthened with back-to-back playoff encounters in win or go home scenarios.
Cosby and Manchester kickoff this Friday, November 11th, 7:00 p.m. at Manchester High School.
