Chesterfield County Voter Registration Office swarmed for absentee voting

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Officials say about 900 people went to the Chesterfield County Voter Registration Office Saturday to cast absentee ballots.

The Chesterfield County Voter Registration Office will also be open on Election Day (Tuesday), but they are warning that lines will be long that day as well.

They also recommended to a review  of the proposed changes to the Virginia Constitution.  Click here to review. There are two on the ballot and it is encouraged that all voters come prepared to check “Yes” or “No” on the final ballot to help expedite the process.
