RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Welcome to another installment of 8 Questions with Juan Conde, where we will find out what makes people in our great community tick. Juan asks his guests to answer just eight questions about their business, their life, and their time here in Richmond.
This week’s guest is David Green, the CEO of Richmond’s GRTC.
According to his bio page:
David Green has been with GRTC Transit System since 1999, having served as Assistant Director of Finance, Director of Procurement and Grants Management, and Chief of Staff. Green has served in the U.S. Army Reserve for 25 years, currently assigned as Manpower Officer for the 80th Training Command Headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. In March, 2006 concurrent with his tenure at GRTC, Lieutenant Colonel David Green served an active duty tour in Iraq. Green is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College and Combined Arms and Service Staff School. He received an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BS in Finance from Shippensburg University. A lifelong resident of central Virginia, Green graduated from Colonial Heights High School. His personal life is occupied by activities with his 13 year old daughter and his interest in physical fitness.
