Hearing Monday for man accused of inappropriately touching child at Va. Science Museum

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The man accused of inappropriately touching a child at the Virginia Science Museum will be in court Monday for a hearing.

25-year-old Evan Bernard Black is charged with aggravated sexual battery and abduction with the intent to defile.

In Black’s arraignment back in March, it was said that the victim was just 9-years-old.

If found guilty, Black could receive a sentence of up to 10 years behind bars because this case is a classified felony.

The hearing is set for 9 a.m. in Richmond Circuit Court.
