Henrico County Police seek man accused of making several purchases with stolen credit card

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Henrico County Police are looking for a man accused of making several purchases in the area with a stolen credit card.

Authorities said on Sunday, October 2, Henrico Police responded to the 4500 block of S. Laburnum Avenue for a suspicious person.

Upon seeing officers, a male fled into a wooded area and was not located.  Further into the investigation revealed the male suspect recently made several purchases in the area with a stolen credit card.

Henrico Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect described by police as an adult black male wearing a black and red shirt and black pants.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Henrico Police at (804) 501-5000 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
