Adopt a Furry Friend: Randy

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Meet our furry friend of the week, Randy.

Randy visited the 8News studio Friday morning and was just as loveable as Tabitha Treloar with the Richmond SPCA described him to be.

The one and a half-year-old male is neutered and looking for a family to claim him as their own.

Treloar says his only special need is that he has asthma.

The friendly feline has even learned how to walk on a leash and harness.

Treloar said Randy is a staff favorite at the SPCA and would make a great addition to a loving home. It’s safe to say Randy is now a favorite at 8News as well.

Furthermore, today is Feline Friday at the Richmond SPCA, which means adoption fees for cats and kittens are reduced by 25 percent.

For any further questions, contact the Richmond SPCA at 804 521-1300.

8News features a dog or cat available for adoptions every Friday on 8News at 9.
