Ravens provide mental test for Redskins

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Redskins are feeling pretty good about themselves after two straight wins have put them back at .500 for the year. Sunday, they will play the closest possible road game at Baltimore.

The Ravens and Redskins are having very similar seasons this year, and the ‘Skins expect a tough mental and physical challenge in Baltimore. From the Ravens’ physicality, to their crowd, to their successful track record over the past decade, this is a tough team to play no matter its record.

Cornerback Josh Norman was a heavy contributor to the Redskins’ win over the Cleveland Browns, and he’ll be responsible for locking down former Carolina Panthers teammate Steve Smith, Sr. The 37-year-old wide out is coming off achilles surgery, but he shows no signs of slowing down.
