Two Chesterfield County men arrested in relation to Dinwiddie County bank robbery

DINWIDDIE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Two men have been arrested in relation to a bank robbery that occurred Monday in Dinwiddie County.

Lakell F. Burns, 27, and Jamar B. Parham, 26, both of South Chesterfield, are now facing charges for their alleged involvement in the robbery that took place at the BB&T located on the 25000 block of Cox Road in North Dinwiddie.

Burns was arrested and charged with two counts of robbery, two counts of abduction, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Parham was arrested and charged with two counts of robbery.

Both men are being held without bond pending arraignment in the Dinwiddie County General District Court.
