(KRON) — T-Mobile is now warning its customers who own a iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, or iPhone SE not to install the iOS 10.

Users of those three devices are losing connectivity to the T-Mobile network.

T-Mobile and its top executives tweeted about the issue.

When users lose connection to the network, they are not able to have it back until they restart their iPhone.

Apple is aware of the problem and is working to fix it. The issue will be fixed within the next 24 to 48 hours, according to Apple.
