Police: Fast food manager in Colonial Heights arrested for multiple sexual assaults

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) — Police in Colonial Heights have arrested a suspect on multiple charges of sexual battery that occurred at the KnockOut Burgers fast food restaurant in Colonial Heights.

The suspect, Joseph Ateaf Habib, was arrested on August 25 and is currently held without bond at Riverside Regional Jail. He is being charged with three counts of sexual battery and one count object penetration.

Police say there were multiple victims involved in Habib’s arrest and believe there may be more.
