CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The new serval exhibit is now open at the Metro Richmond Zoo.

The serval is a small, slender cat native to Africa. Their long legs and long neck have given them the nickname “giraffe cat.”

The zoo has a male and female, named Zemba and Zola, respectively. They are both two years old.

Their exhibit is located across from the bat building.
