Clendenin was one of the hardest hit areas.  Thick mud covers the streets and the floors inside people’s homes.

“These are people that I love and care about, and I want to help out any way that I can,” says Meia Koon, who now works at the Chesterfield children’s consignment store.  “It is my hometown, and I have great memories growing up there. They need any help they can get.”

Kid to Kid is collecting cleaning supplies, food, water, personal care items and pet food.  Koon will drive it to Clendenin on Friday, July 8.
