Cosby graduate celebrating successful end to cross-country bike ride for Alzheimer’s

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WRIC)  A Cosby High School graduate is celebrating the successful end to his cross-country bike ride to raise awareness and money for Alzheimer’s Disease.

Zachary Browning and his friend Sloan Meadows arrived in San Francisco on Saturday, seven weeks after beginning their journey.

Browning and Meadows set out on ‘A Ride to Never Forget’ just days after graduating from James Madison University.  They updated followers with photos and stories on their facebook page.

The duo raised more than $30,000 for Alzheimer’s research that they hope could lead to a cure.
