Police seek suspect in Chesterfield 7-11 robbery

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Chesterfield Police are searching for a person who robbed the 7-11 at 5549 Belmont Road at about 12:50 a.m. on Thursday, June 30. No one was injured during the incident.

Police said the suspect entered the business, displayed a handgun, and demanded money from the register.

Upon receiving cash, the suspect fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 25 years old, thin build, and 5 feet 6 inches tall.

He was wearing a black hooded jacket, dark pants, camouflage bandana over his face and had a red, black and gray book bag.
