Fredericksburg police looking for man suspected of using counterfeit money

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Police are looking for a man who is suspected of paying with counterfeit money at the Shell gas station on Plank Road near Interstate 95 in Fredericksburg.

An employee at the gas station said the man bought two beverages with a $50 bill. After the man left, the employee realized the bill was fake.

The employee saw the man driving away in a blue four-door sedan.
