RPD seeks suspect in East 37th Street burglary

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect in a burglary that occurred in early June in the city’s Swansboro West neighborhood.

On the morning of June 2, officers responded to the 200 block of East 37th Street in reference to a break-in. Neighbors reported seeing the suspect entered the home through a rear window. A television was taken from the residence before the suspect fled the area on a BMX bike.

Anyone with any information about this individual or his whereabouts is asked to call Second Precinct Detective Mark Hatchett at (804) 646-8167 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
