Man wanted for texting thousands of obscene photos

HANOVER, Va. (WRIC) — Hanover County Investigators say they’ve never seen anything like it.

Detectives believe 42-year-old Jorge Alfredo Cisneros-Jerez has been texting thousands of people with photos of his private parts.

According to Sergeant James Cooper, the suspect is likely doing it with the help of an app and a prepaid burner phone.

“We know he’s been sending text messages for 19 to 21 hours a day. He’s just sending out these illicit text messages to random individuals,” explains Sgt. Cooper.

Cisneros-Jerez is wanted by the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office for indecent exposure.

He is also wanted by the Richmond Police Department for obscene photography, the Powhatan County Sheriff’s Office for computer harassment and the Ashland Police Department for indecent exposure.

Cisneros-Jerez is described as a Hispanic male, with black hair and brown eyes, 5’7” tall, and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He is also known to frequent the southside of Richmond.
