Victim robbed at gunpoint on Jefferson Davis Highway

RICHMOND, Va (WRIC) —  Richmond Police are investigating a robbery that took place Saturday on Jefferson Davis Highway.

Officials say the robbery occurred  around 11:50 p.m. Saturday night in the 2900 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.

The victim’s money and credit cards were stolen at gunpoint.

Police say the suspect is believed to be a 30-year-old black male, last seen wearing shorts and a dark shirt.  He is 5′ 10″ tall with a medium complexion and braids in his hair.
