Police searching for 2 suspects after armed robbery at Chesterfield pharmacy

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Police are searching for two suspects after an armed robbery overnight in Chesterfield.

The incident happened at the Walgreens Pharmacy at 20 Buford Road at about 1:10 a.m. Friday.

Police said the suspects entered the business, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the register. Upon receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspects fled on foot.

No one was injured during the incident.

Police described the first suspect as a black male, unknown age, about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a thin build. He was dressed in all black with a black cloth covering his face and carrying a silver hand gun.

The second suspect is described as a black male, unknown age, about 6 feet tall with a heavy build. He was dressed in all black with a black cloth covering his face and carrying a silver hand gun as well.
