Police identify driver killed in two-vehicle crash in Chesterfield

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash late Thursday night.

The accident happened in the 2300 block of West Hundred Road at about 11:11 p.m. Thursday.

Police said a Toyota 4Runner was traveling west on West Hundred Road when it crossed over the median and into the eastbound lanes. The Toyota collided head-on with a Mercedes-Benz ML350 driven by 40-year-old Lesley N. Andorful, of the 13500 block of River Fork Way in Chesterfield.

Andorful was transported to VCU Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.

The two occupants of the Toyota were transported to VCU Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Police continue their investigation into this crash.

All eastbound lanes of West Hundred Road rand the exit ramps on I-95 to and from West Hundred Road were closed for several hours but have since reopened.
