Thomas Pherigo-Jackson

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A teenager accused of raping two young girls at a Henrico bowling alley was arraigned on new charges Tuesday.

18-year-old Thomas Pherigo-Jackson faces additional charges related to his arrest last year at Shrader Lanes. He was arraigned this morning on two counts of aggravated sexual battery on victims younger than 13-years-old.

Pherigo-Jackson was previously arraigned in February 2015 on two counts of rape. At that court hearing, a judge ordered a mental competency exam for Pherigo-Jackson to see if he is fit to stand trial.

The alleged victims are five and six-year-old sisters, their mother told 8News last year.
