VCU Police charge man with exposure, trespassing on Monroe Park campus

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — VCU Police arrested a man on Tuesday afternoon after a student saw him expose himself on the Monroe Park Campus.

At 4:17 p.m. on Tuesday, police received a report of a man exposing himself in the 900 block of West Franklin Street. A witness said she saw the man as she walked through a courtyard behind a university-owned building.

The witness notified VCU Police immediately. Officers located the suspect quickly and questioned him in regards to the incident. As a result, 20-year-old Trevian M. Smith-Richardson of Mechanicsville, was charged with trespassing and obscene public display.
