CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Chesterfield Berry Farm and Market has filed for bankruptcy protection.
According to a lawyer who represents the business, the farm plans to open in April and business will run as normal.
The Chesterfield Berry Farm and Market will be streamlining operations. In addition, their market is moving from off-location to on-location.
The changes were prompted by a few years of less than desired business. Owners hope that the changes will help them get back in the black by the end of this upcoming season.
