(WRIC) — An Iraq War veteran in Bellevue, Nebraska got crafty and created his own, one-of-a-kind wheelchair snow plow.
Last year, Justin Anderson took his off-road wheelchair and put a snow blade on it. Every snowfall since, he heads outside and clears the way for neighbors nearby.
Anderson wants to make sure passers-by, and especially students can walk through the neighborhood safely.
He says he’s happy to help clear the snow, since his community has been so supportive of his medical struggles.
