HAZMAT spill causes major delays on I-95 South

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A fuel spill from a vehicle crash on I-95 South at mile marker 77 in Richmond has traffic backed up nearly two miles.  Motorists can expect major delays due to the accident. Currently, there is a two-mile backup.

The crash occurred around 11:25 a.m. when an oil truck, which was being towed, overturned. There were no injuries.
