Study: Coffee improves endurance during exercise

ALBANY, N.Y. (WTEN) — Need more in pep in your step for that work out? Grab a cup of joe beforehand.

Researchers at the University of Georgia say they have found that drinking coffee can enhance your endurance.

The group took a closer look at previous studies on caffeine, coffee and sports. They found there is moderate evidence that drinking coffee improves endurance, specifically in cycling and running.
