Henrico Police charge woman after finding stolen merchandise in car

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A woman was arrested on Tuesday for grand larceny after police say they found stolen merchandise in her car.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of Parham Road for a report of shoplifting. Police say they saw 25-year-old Quantina Denise Gregory place a bag in the trunk of her car. Officers then questioned Gregory and two female juveniles about the items in the trunk and discovered bags of merchandise that had been stolen. All the items were inventoried and discovered to be stolen.

Gregory was arrested for grand larceny and contributing to the delinquency of minors. Police say she also had outstanding warrants for similar offenses in Chesterfield and Colonial Heights.
