VCU Police: Parked car, off-campus residence struck by gunfire Sunday

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — VCU Police are investigating after a parked car and a residence were struck by gunfire on Sunday.

Authorities say that VCU and Richmond Police officers responded to the 1200 block of W. Moore Street around 12:13 a.m. on November 22 for a report of shots being fired.

A parked vehicle and a residence were struck by the gunfire, police say. There were no reported injuries in connection to the incident.

Police have increased patrols in that area as they continue to investigate the incident.
