ROANOKE (WSLS 10) – The prayers of a Roanoke couple struggling to have a child have been answered after a decade-long wait.
Over the last nine months we’ve followed MarySusan and Brandon Williams as they’ve entrusted surrogate Autumn Anderson to grow their baby boy.
After months of watching him get bigger and bigger in ultrasounds their baby is now in their arms.
“It wasn’t until Autumn actually gave him to us, MarySusan was holding him there, and we were looking at him it kind of sunk in this is our baby, he’s here,” Brandon explained.
“Everything fell into place, the whole time, exactly like it should have been that made me a 100 percent sure that it was God’s intention for me to do this for them, not really necessarily mine,” Autumn said.
The Williams name their baby Colin Anderson in honor of Autumn and her husband, Donovan.
