Redskins player Morgan Moses visits with vets at McGuire Veterans Hospital

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Veterans at McGuire Veterans Hospital got a special treat on Monday.

8News’ cameras were rolling as Washington Redskins offensive tackle and Chesterfield native Morgan Moses stopped by.

“These veterans, you know, they take the time to serve so we’re able to do things like play football and just the little things we take for granted,” Moses said.

See their reactions in the video above.

Moses was drafted by the Redskins last year, but before he went pro, he attended Meadowbrook High and the University of Virginia.
