Henrico Police seek man wanted in connection to robbery, aggravated assault

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a man wanted  in connection to robbery and aggravated assault.

Benjamin Daniel Trujillo is wanted for burglary with intent to commit robbery, attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, abduction, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and malicious wounding. The charges stem from an incident that happened at 4 a.m. on November 1 in the 4900 block of Rodney Road. The victim reported that two males, one known to the victim, forced their way into the residence and assaulted the victim.

Police described Trujillo as a 27-year-old black male, standing at 6 feet tall and weighing about 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Henrico County Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Trujillo. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact Henrico Police at (804) 501-5000 or Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip.  Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
