HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Crews were working an overnight house fire in Henrico early this morning.
Henrico Fire Captain Danny Rosenbaum told 8News that the call initially came in just before 2 a.m. Wednesday as a brush fire, but when crews got on the scene at Berwickshire Drive, they found the house fully engulfed. Firefighters are still working to get the two-alarm house fire under control.
Capt. Rosenbaum says they’re still trying to locate the owner of the house. He says there’s no indication that anyone was home at the time, but they won’t know for sure until firefighters are able to go inside the home.
